The newly renamed Kettering Wellbeing Walks are a group of enthusiastic walkers of varying abilities, who meet fortnightly on a Thursday morning. Walks start at 10.30am from different locations around the Kettering area (please see our winter program below).

Our walking group welcomes all those who would like to walk for health and wellbeing reasons, and new members are always welcome to come along.

We were originally known as the Kettering Health Walks for many years, under the Initiative from “Natural England” in conjunction with Kettering Borough Council. With the new structures in place, we have been renamed as the “Kettering Wellbeing Walks”, a collaboration between North Northants Council and Ramblers UK.

The benefits of walking in the outdoors and socializing with likeminded people can provide a great boost to one’s health and wellbeing. Our walks are usually 3 to 4 miles long and take around 90 minutes or so, at a nice leisurely pace. The walks are varied in and around Kettering and the surrounding villages and countryside, all within a 10-mile radius.

The group is friendly and welcomes new members, so we would love you to join us. You can just turn up or call Jane on 07967 370 038 for details.
