Easter House Opening and Easter Egg Trail Sunday 9th and Monday 10th April 2023

House & Garden Tours with Afternoon Tea Situated within the beauty of the East Northamptonshire countryside, Deene Park is a real hidden gem. Deene Park is a largely sixteenth-century house and has been the much-loved home of the Brudenell family since 1514. Deene was the seat of the Earls of Cardigan, most notably the 7th Earl of Cardigan who led the Charge of the Light Brigade. Visitors can view the impressive collection of memorabilia and family possessions on display including military uniforms, portraits, and the preserved head and tail of Lord Cardigan’s famous Charger Ronald. To the south and west of the family home, visitors can wander through exquisite formal gardens which have been developed since the mid-20th century. Immediately to the south of the house is a large parterre designed by David Hicks. House Tour with Afternoon Tea Hosted by one of our dedicated guides, our House Tour is a must for lovers of the English country house.
