Experience the magic of Christmas
through the ages at Delapré Abbey
in Northampton, all dressed for
Chrismas. Step back in time
and soak up the stories, sights,
sounds, and smells of 900 years of
festivities both inside the house and
through their COVID-safe events

The Abbey will be open Tuesday to Sunday from
Tuesday 1st December. Day tickets to explore the house
cost £8.80 including Gift Aid. Children go free. Prices
vary for events.

Immerse yourself in medieval, Tudor and Victorian
winter traditions inside the house every Tuesday to
Friday. Take part in wreath making; visit Santa’s Grotto;
and pick up unique and handmade gifts at the Christmas
Fair – the entry fee this year is an item of food with the
donations being distributed to local community support/
resilience organisations and Northampton Hope Centre.

Christmas Fair
Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th and
Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th December
Entry is by an item of food which will be donated to
Northampton Hope Centre.

Wreath Making
Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th November plus
Thursday 3rd, Friday 4th, Thursday 10th
& Friday 11th December
£20 per session for a maximum of 8 participants,
taking place at 10.30am, 1.30pm and 4pm.

to Go scheme; this means that they have followed
government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, have a
Risk Assessment in place that you can download from, and a process to maintain cleanliness
and aid social distancing.
