The Travers Foundation is a Gretton-based, volunteer-run charity, which helps youngsters aged between 13 and 30 living in Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Rutland achieve their full potential in sport, the creative and performing arts.
Established in 2012, the charity offers Coaching, Studio, Exhibition, Competition and Performance support. If you need help with any of the above, please get in touch. You may be just starting out, or have achieved some success already.

Local businesses can fulfi l corporate social responsibility policies by giving to the charity, and it an excellent way to give back to your community. The charity also publishes an annual review, whereby it outlines the money that has been spent and what this has helped to achieve. In 2018, £30,187 was spent helping 64 local young people. In the arts, funding was given to classical and contemporary singers, ballroom and contemporary dancers, and theatre productions. Sports funded include archery, sailing, cycling, basketball, cricket, triathlon, kickboxing, boxing, golf, dog agility, and netball.
These amazing youngsters achieved 96 gold, 56 silver and 43 bronze medals at competitions throughout the world - what fantastic achievements!
