Spooky family fun this Halloween

Pumpkin-rollings, biscuit-decorating, quizzes and trails - celebrate Halloween with spooky family fun this half term at Rockingham Castle.

The Witches of Rockingham will return from Tuesday 29th October through Friday 1st November to host themed activities in the gardens and historic castle rooms.  The castle will be open between 11am-4pm during these days and decked with cobwebs, skeletons and spooky decorations which add to the atmosphere; final entry to the Castle is 3.30pm.

Rockingham Castle owner, James Saunders Watson said: “Children and families love our October halfterm Halloween extravaganza.  Our historic castle rooms are perfect for hosting ghostly activities, and our guides are brilliant at getting into character as the Witches of Rockingham.  It really is pure family fun and suitable for all ages.”

Online tickets go off sale on the day of the event, tickets are still available on arrival on the gate.  Adults £12; seniors £11; children: £9 (under 3’s free) and a family ticket £33 - all costs of activities included.
