Now at Thrapston Day Nursery Crazy 4 Kids is an Ofsted registered provider of out of school and early years care and education established for more than ten years. Thrapston is the newest site, offering places for up to 100 children.  The building was previously a school and a nursery for 14 years but closed leaving the building standing empty.  Crazy 4 Kids is pleased to have brought new life into the building and happy to see the children having a good time.

Crazy 4 Kids is open 51 weeks per year full days, but has a flexible approach so will also facilitate pre-school sessions for 15 hours if that is what suits best.  The team offers allfunded sessions for children 2-4 years. The rooms are bright and airy with the large ceilings making it feel very spacious.  All the rooms have access to the outdoor area, often commented on by parents who came to the open day.

There are three designated rooms: baby room, toddler room and pre-school room, each headed by a highly qualified team.  A fully functioning kitchen allows for homecooked meals to be cooked on site, providing healthy menus for the children and a balanced diet for those who stay full days. 

A wide range of fun activities covering all the areas of learning as defined in the Early Years Foundation Stage provide learning through play, and the team is committed to giving the children the best possible experiences that they can. Communication with parents is key and Crazy 4 Kids uses a variety of methods to support this including an online diary system which staff use to communicate with parents throughout the day.  

They aim to provide a fun, open and relaxed environment where the whole family is welcomed.  The community room will be used to facilitate Baby and Toddler sessions and various other activities that will be open to the community.
