Beautiful Gardens...

Did you know that Lamport Hall is the home of the fi rst garden gnome in England? Why not come along to see him and our beautiful ten-acre gardens this Autumn?

Our Walled Cutting Garden is full of early Autumn colour, and is believed to be one of the largest in the country. The Gardens are open every Wednesday and Thursday afternoon until mid-October, before closing until next Spring.

Christmas Shopping...

If you enjoy Christmas shopping, why not come along to our October Gift and Craft Fair, on Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th October, from 10am to 5pm. With about 90 stalls, there will be a wide variety of items on sale. The Hall and Gardens will also be open for the fi nal time until next Spring.

And a Beautiful Country House...

If you enjoy pottering around country houses, you might enjoy a guided tour around the Hall. The central part was designed by John Webb, pupil of the famous architect Inigo Jones, and there are stunning contents, assembled over four hundred years by the Isham family. The Hall, G ardens and Tearoom are open every Wednesday and Thursday afternoon
until mid-October.
