Ringstead-based Anna Griffi ths decided to have a little project during lock down, so she bought a classic tractor. Because it needed to have a lot of work done, Anna decided to paint it pink - what girl doesn’t want a pink tractor!

During the pandemic, Anna worked at a dementia care home and it really struck home how more and more families are having to go through this horrible disease. She wanted to do something creative to help raise awareness and funds for a much needed charity.

Anna went for Dementia U.K. and it all made sense when the colours she had already chosen for her tractor matched the charity logo colours.

Having now raised more than £2,500 for Dementia UK, Anna goes to lots of local tractor shows and country shows with her pink tractor and she always takes a charity pot with her so people can donate.

Next up is the Bolnhurst Country Fayre in Bedfordshire and in August Anna will be presented with a cheque from the Blakesley Show in Northamptonshire plus a few more rallies and some road runs.
