in Thrapston, Oundle & Kettering.

What LPT Run does
We help you build your confidence, speed &
endurance until you can run a 5 or 10k you will
be proud of. Typical benefits include improved
energy, weight loss, improved self-confidence
& making some great friends.

Is LPT Run for me?
LPT run is perfect for complete newbies or
weekend runners who lack the motivation
to run on their own and are looking for the
support & accountability of a coach & a group
of like-minded people to run with.

Thrapston Runs on Tuesdays
Oundle Runs on Wednesdays
Kettering Runs on Thursdays

All runs start at 6.30pm from varying starting
locations which are provided prior to the run.
